All orders are shipped Express Mail Service. We guarantee orders will arrive
or they will be replaced.
In order for this guarantee to be honored we must be able to track your package
with your local EMS office.
If we can not track your package online with your postal service then all guarantees
are null and void and shipping will be at your own risk. We continually try
to improve our tracking capabilities and guarantee to better serve you as our
customer. We therefore ask that if you do not see your country listed below
in our tracking table below that you email us a link to your postal tracking
system for your country. We will then ad this link to our table and begin honoring
guarantees to your country.
