We will always ship your orders in discrete packaging and disclose your shipment on the address label only as “dried herbal samples” .
We will not under any circumstances falsely label the products we send, so please do not even ask us to do this.
Psychoactive herbs will not knowingly dispatch goods which are unacceptable to customs in your country, but again we cannot know the laws of every country in the world and suggest you check with your customs office before placing your order.
All orders are shipped Priority Mail or EMS via the USPS. We guarantee orders will arrive or they will be replaced. We generally ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but when we are able too we ship on other days as well..
In order for this guarantee to be honoured we must be able to track your package with your local EMS office.
SPECIAL NOTE TO RUSSIAN, UKRAINE, CHECH REPULIC and LITHUANIAN CUSTOMERS!! Shipping to your country is very problematic. We make shipments there every week, but they often encounter problems during customs clearance. We believe it is better for you to have your orders shipped to a friend in mainland Europe, and then ask that friend to reship the orders to you. So please provide us with a name and address in EUROPE to ship to. We will ship direct to you but only at your own risk. After placing your order online please email your representative and ask him/her to modify your order according to your needs and add the extra charges needed to ship in a safer manner to these countries before sending your payment. Once again we are not responsible for shipments sent to RUSSIAN, UKRAINE, CHECH REPULIC and LITHUANIAN CUSTOMERS!!
If we cannot track your package online with your postal service then all guarantees are null and void and shipping will be at your own risk. We continually try to improve our tracking capabilities and guarantee to better serve you as our customer. We therefore ask that if you do not see your country listed below in our tracking table below that you email us a link to your postal tracking system for your country. We will then ad this link to our table and begin honouring guarantees to your country.
